Iron plate

Adjustable thermostat up to 200 °C.

The griddle is designed as not to hold any scraps of food since it has a big gap that leads them at a water tray beneath the cooking surface.

The water tray is easily removed in order to be emptied and cleaned.

Optional can be adjusted hard chrome plate or s/s plate.
