Thick reinforced insulation of the frame, to prevent heat transfer on the surface of the appliance and ensure safe operation.

Three bread warmers of 2.5 cm diameter and 21 cm length, adequately heated to toast bread rolls and not only warm them.

Thermostat up to 2.000 °C

Safety switch for greater safety, which stops operation in case of overheating.

Hot plate 1 kW for the steam production, with separate temperature regulator that controls the evaporation of the water

Teflon-lined water tank

Removable fireproof glass 20 cm, 5 mm thick and 24 cm long.

Stainless steel basket with removable partition.
